Driving AI adoption in project management

Alongside my core delivery responsibilities, I'm currently helping drive the adoption of AI within the project management layer of the organisation.

My focus is on identifying practical use cases across the Microsoft ecosystem — including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 workflows — to improve reporting, coordination, knowledge work and day-to-day operational efficiency.

The goal is not simply to introduce new tools, but to help build more scalable, effective and better-connected management processes through practical automation and AI adoption.
