The project involved coordinating the development and integration of multiple core components — participant portals, data asset catalogues, metadata management systems, interoperability connectors, usage policy engines and a secure information-exchange clearing house. The resulting infrastructure established the technological foundations for a Spanish linguistic data ecosystem aligned with emerging European data space initiatives such as Gaia-X and International Data Spaces.
Managed the delivery of a large-scale platform modernisation programme for a major public utilities organisation serving millions of users. The initiative involved coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and business stakeholders to manage the migration, service transition and stabilisation phases. Particular focus was placed on governance, risk management and operational readiness during the transition. The programme achieved 99.9% operational uptime, reduced operational costs by 27%, and improved overall platform efficiency by 18%.
Led the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation programme for a national public tourism organisation, focused on modernising the digital ecosystem and introducing AI-driven capabilities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. The programme involved coordinating the implementation of a new digital platform architecture and cloud migration, while ensuring governance compliance and continuity of operations during peak seasonal demand. Results: 99.5% operational uptime, 42% increase in user satisfaction, and 31% reduction in service delivery times.
